All Westland Boat Covers and Bimini Tops which are listed as "Special Order" items, for example, because of boat model or fabric type or color, must be Special Ordered from the manufacturer. Contact Us and we will help you select your fabric choice and color to best suit your needs. Once a special or custom order is placed, it cannot be refunded because of specific fabrics, colors, and sizes pertaining to your order, which will not be saleable to any other customer by the manufacturer or our company.
The process involved in manufacturing your custom order begins immediately, once the order is placed. We make every effort to place orders same day or next day, depending on the time of day.
In rare instances, if the custom boat cover or bimini top has not yet been made at the factory, the order can be stopped, but only a partial refund may be available, if any at all, by the manufacturer.
Once a custom/special order has been placed, covers and bimini tops should be shipped within two weeks. If there is an anticipated delay, we will advise you in the beginning. If there is an unanticipated delay after the order is placed, we will advise you as soon as possible upon our receivng that information.
SHIPPING IS FREE by UPS Ground or similar shipment. Expedited shipment is available for a separate charge. Contact Us for a quote.
