Quality Marine Supply is commited to providing excellent service. Most often, orders can be shipped out Same Day if the order is received early enough in the day. Otherwise, all orders will be shipped out within three to five business days, depending on availability.
It is not our policy to backorder. Inventory is constantly changing. If for some unforeseen reason, an item is backordered or becomes unavailable, we will advise the customer as soon as possible. The customer will be given the option of waiting for the back order or receiving a full refund. If the customer wishes to wait for the backorder, we will be happy to ship it as soon as it becomes available.
Most orders will be shipped UPS, however, Fed Ex Ground or USPS are also used. All shipments will be in the continental United States. There are extra charges for Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Requests for expedited orders will be accommodated through the same carriers mentioned above--usually UPS. Depending on the customer's request and the options provided by the carrier, extra shipping will be determined at that time. All expedited orders are an additional charge at the customer's expense.
Shipping prices are quoted as ground delivery. If you want an order expedited, please call the order in by phone, or e-mail us with your request and we will contact you at the number you provide to take your order over the phone.
