Return Policy
At Quality Marine Supply, we understand our customer's need to be able to return or exchange an item. Returns are easy. Simply return your item, in accordance with the terms listed below, to the following address or other address if instructed to do so, and send the package by UPS, Fed Ex Ground, or U.S. Postal Service (Parcel Post), which ever service is easiest for you.
Please note: We do not pay for return shipping. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. We are not responsible for packages which do not arrive or arrive damaged in transit on returns. COD's are not accepted.

It is important you Contact Us prior to returning your item for instructions on what address to return it to. To Contact Us, you may call or FAX us at 760-782-3988 or e-mail us at customerservice@qualitymarinesupply.com. There are situations where an item may have been drop shipped to you. In those instances, you will be instructed to return the item directly to the drop shipper, and a correct address will be provided to you.
Once your package is received in it's original resaleable condition and in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached, your money will be refunded on your credit card. If the return is for defective or damaged merchandise, of course, your product price and cost of shipping the product to you will all be refunded. In the case of returns because you change your mind or ordered the wrong merchandise, only your product price will be refunded once the product has been received in the condition stated above.
If, on the remote chance, you receive your merchadise and it arrives damaged or defective, please Contact Us before returning it. We will give you instructions and arrange for pick up and replacement of the item.
If the item works and proves to be defective after you use it, the manufacturer's warranty will be responsible for repair or replacement. All items are inspected carefully before shipment for quality.

We are available by phone and e-mail, as noted above, and will respond to you as quickly as possible. Our customers are our highest priority and we want your shopping experience with us to be pleasant.

All returns must be in new re-saleable condition. This means the product must be in its originl packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Items returned within 30 days of purchase will be issued a full credit. Items not in new re-saleable condition will not be accepted for return. It would help us to process your return faster if you include the reason for each item being returned. All returns must be shipped prepaid. COD or freight collect shipments will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
As stated above, all items must be in original factory packaging, in resaleable condition. Items not returnable include custom boat covers, windshields, boat covers which have been opened, special ordered items, cut lengths, or dated items such as flares, paints, sealants, etc.
Special Orders
Special Orders are not returnable. Deposits are required on all special orders. Restocking charges may be charged for canceled orders at the factory's discretion even if the product has not been shipped at the time of cancellation. These restocking charges will be passed on to the customer. Additionally, we will charge a $5.00 restocking fee above what the factory charges for all cancelled special orders or restocking charges. If it is too late to cancel a Special Order, the customer is responsible for the full price of the item and it will be shipped out.
Damaged Merchandise
All merchandise is carefully inspected for damage prior to shipping. In the event merchandise is damaged upon receipt, please let us know immediately. You must keep all packing cartons and materials for inspection by the freight carrier. Quality Marine Supply will gladly assist you in the return of you item.
Back Orders
It is our policy not to automatically backorder. If we are temporarily out of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You can advise us if you would like us to keep it on backorder for you. We will be happy to do so at your request. Although we do make an effort to keep up with what products are in stock, inventory is constantly changing, therefore, we cannot guarantee all items listed will be in stock all the time. If you do not wish to keep your back order, simply let us know, and your transaction will be cancelled at that time and you will not be charged. If you have been charged, your charge will be promptly credited back to your credit card.
